You are invited to exhibit at the HLAA Region VII Conference to be held in Odessa, Texas October 6-7, 2006. Region VII Includes TX, NM, OK, AR and LA. We will have 200-250 in attendance from these states as well as other states. It will be an excellent opportunity for you to meet these people and share information with them.
You will be able to sell your products and services at the conference.

There are also sponsorship opportunities available.
We need event sponsors and items for our Silent Auction.
We would appreciate any help you can give us with sponsorships.

Booth Requirements:   $300 for one table; $500 for two tables (businesses); $200 per table (Nonprofit/State Agency)

Booth fee includes 2 full registrations and will admit the exhibitors to the food events except for the Banquet. Everyone who attends the Banquet has to purchase a ticket separate from the registration.

                        SET UP/BREAK DOWN
Exhibitors will be allowed to set up after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 5th, and must break down exhibits after 5:00 p.m. Saturday, October 7th.  Exhibit Hall must be cleared before midnight on October 7th. Please have booth Ready to open by 10:00 a.m. on October 6th.                     


Sponsors are needed for the conference as a whole and for individual needs and events.

Communication access such as CART costs several thousand dollars. We would appreciate help with the banquet costs and for the entertainment at the banquet. This helps keep costs more reasonable for those who attend. Gifts in any amount are welcome and will be acknowledged in the Program Book and in On Site signage.

We also welcome gifts in kind for our Silent Auction.
Any sponsor who gives $1000 or more in Cash or In Kind will receive one complimentary booth space.
    We are a 501C3 Organization.
